DK09876	3ffec65090	feat: expand MCP tool surface area with 18 new tools and enhanced parameters (#435) ... Add directives, memory browsing, documents, operations, tags, and bank management tools to the MCP server. Expose previously hardcoded parameters (budget, types, tags, response_schema, trigger) on retain, recall, reflect, and mental model tools. Update docs for all new tools and parameters.
