Add Cloudflare OAuth proxy integration for self-hosted Hindsight (#922 )

Adds an OAuth 2.1 proxy Worker that connects cloud MCP clients
(claude.ai, Claude Code, Codex) to a self-hosted Hindsight instance
via Cloudflare Workers and Tunnel.
