Nicolò Boschi 1f5dc8bd15 ci: support running secret-dependent tests on fork PRs via safe-to-test label (#800) ... Fork PRs don't have access to repository secrets, so integration tests that need API keys (GCP, OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) are skipped.
