Derek Bouius 917893aac7 fix: restore entity retrieval in recall (#391) ... Entity retrieval was removed in ab5e31f2 ("chore: remove dead code") but the code was not dead — it populated the entities dict and per-fact entity names returned by the recall endpoint.
